Royal Domain Tower Southbank
The renovation of this apartment on the 23rd floor of the iconic Royal Domain Tower provided several logistical challenges, but the result was a contemporary, luxurious residence with breathtaking views across Melbourne’s skyline.
Designed by one of our regular collaborators – F2 Design Interior Architecture. The finished apartment comprises three-bedrooms, study, two bathrooms, kitchen, living and dining all in a single zone.
Multi-level apartment renovation such as this present many logistical challenges for builders, trades, owners, and residents The challenges range from parking, security, concierge and building manager requirements, noise restrictions and asset protection to common area floors and surfaces.
Lift access creates very real size restrictions on materials and furniture and needs to be considered well in advance of construction. iSolar Builders’ experience and management capabilities had us identify these issues before they could be a problem, making the project run smoothly for all stakeholders.
As you would image an apartment of this calibre contains many high-end fittings and appliances requiring integration with the specified finishes and cabinetry. The kitchen Island was fully clad in a ceramic material requiring the exacting integration of Gaggenau appliances and controls. The rest of the kitchen was fully outfitted with integrated Wolf appliances.
The result is a luxurious apartment that met the client’s needs and completed to the highest standards befitting the location.
